Mr. Gundre, the learned Counsel submits that the petitioner has filed an objection with the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded agitating against her transfer as per Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019. The said objection is filed in July, 2019. It is not yet decided.

Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned Counsel accepts notice for respondent Nos. 2 and 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent No.1.

In case the objection field by the petitioner (Page 48) is pending with the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded, then the Chief Executive Officer shall decide the said objection preferably within a period of 15 days.
