Mr A.R.Tapse holding for Mr M.D. Narwadkar, learned Advocate for applicant submits that the office objections have been removed. He submits that this appeal needs to be taken up for final hearing at admission stage in view of the fact that the appellant could not get any opportunity to lead evidence before the tribunal.

This appeal would be taken up for final hearing at admission in view of small issue involved therein.

Mr Ambhore, learned Advocate for respondent no.5 submits that he has not received copy of appeal memo with annexures. Mr Tapse is directed to furnish copy of appeal memo with annexures to Mr Ambhore, learned Advocate for respondent no.5.
