In connected matter, 75% of the amount under the impugned award has been permitted to be withdrawn. Similar treatment needs to be given here.

Hence, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount in deposit; 50% of the amount be paid on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% of the amount be paid on furnishing solvent security/surety.
