Pulkundwar, Mr. A. R. Nikam, Mr. U. B. Bondar, Mr. P. D. Suryawanshi and Mr. R. S. Pawar waive notice for respondent No.5/Zilla Parishad in respective petitions.

We dispose of these writ petitions by directing the respondents to undertake scrutiny of petitioners proposals independently on their own merits and take appropriate decisions as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of (04) weeks from today and if they are found entitled to get reimbursement, shall disburse the money to them within a period of four weeks thereafter.
