1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application filed by the petitioner for grant of compensation on account of installation of High Tension 765 KV Double Circuit Aurangabad-Solapur Transmission in his field with respondent no.1 and the said application is transferred to respondent No.2. The same is pending with respondent no.2 since 25th November, 2016.

2] In case the application filed by the petitioner and transferred by the Collector is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall take decision upon it, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned, preferably within 04 [four] months.
