DATE : DECEMBER 02, 2021 ORDER :- Learned counsel for the parties are at ad idem that same order, as has been passed in Civil Application No.15315 of 2017 in First Appeal St.No.16954 of 2015 on 20.12.2017, may be passed in present applicants.

By order dated 20.12.2017, this Court permitted withdrawal of the entire amount. Similar treatment needs to be given here.

In view of the above, the applicants/claimants are permitted to withdraw 50 per cent amount of compensation without any condition. They are further permitted to withdraw remaining 50 per cent amount on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
