On the same ground, the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal has delivered the judgment on 16.10.2015 and dismissed Original Application No.449/2015. No interim relief has been granted in the Writ Petition.

Considering the Civil Application at this stage, would amount to granting final relief without interfering in the impugned Judgment of the learned Tribunal.
