This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No.3 Nana Sonaji @ Sonaba Ravate, who expired on 12.01.2020 leaving behind respondent 3A to 3F. 2.

Notices were issued to the legal heirs. Today learned counsel Mr. Kasat appears for respondent Nos. 3A to 3F and undertakes to file Vakalatnama.

Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 4.

Respondent No.3 expired on 12.01.2020. Thereafter from the month of March 2020 there was lock down and considering the suspension period of limitation prescribed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, the application filed in the month of October, 2021 is considered as

ca9822.22 -2within time. In view of the same, application needs to be allowed. Hence, the following order:-

O R D E R

I.

Civil application stands allowed.

II.

Legal heirs of deceased respondent No.3 are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within 14 days in the clause title of second appeal.

III.

Civil application stands disposed of.
