The petitioner is before this Court with a solitary prayer, that the order dated 04/08/2022, passed by the Education Officer is not implemented by respondent Nos.4 and 5. Action be initiated against the said respondents.

The learned A.G.P. points out that respondent Nos.4 and 5 are already before this Court in Writ Petition No.8966/2022, challenging the same order. Vide order dated 07/09/2022, this Court has issued notice and has stayed the order dated 04/08/2022. The petitioner is arrayed as respondent No.4 in the

11290.22wp (2) said petition. This Court has also directed the Management to deposit an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- in this Court. 3.

In view of the above, this petition need not be entertained as the case of the petitioner can be considered in Writ Petition No.8966/2022. This petition stands disposed off. All the contentions of the petitioner would be kept open in the aforesaid writ petition.
