The petitioners, who are the original plaintiffs in RCS No.114/2015, are aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 01/08/2019 delivered by the Appellate Court, by which Misc. Appeal No.5/2019 filed by the original defendants is allowed and the order dated 20/02/2019, granting status-quo in favour of the plaintiffs, has been quashed and set aside.

It is informed that application Exh.53, seeking temporary injunction in RCS No.114/2015, is pending.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The litigating khs/Oct. 2019/12783

- 2 - parties are at liberty to advance their oral submissions before the Trial Court on application Exh.53 and the Trial Court would consider the said application on its own merits.
