This is an appeal for enhancement of compensation. The appellants No.4 and 5 are reported to be no more. Their legal representatives are already on record. The death certificates of both of them are produced on record. The appellant No.3 is reported to be of 14 years of age, a minor. The guardian has given affidavit, stating that the compromise is in the interest of the minor. The Advocate representing the claimants has filed certificate, stating that the compromise is in the interest of the minor - appellant No.3. 2.

The appellants are identified by their Advocate. Proof of

identification is also tendered on record. The amount of compensation is being enhanced by Rs.3,11,000/- as full and final settlement (including interest).

In view of the terms of compromise, the appeal stands disposed of.

The award be drawn in terms of the compromise. 5.

The apportionment of the amount of enhanced compensation be made in proportion with the one made by the Tribunal. The amount be apportioned amongst the appellants in proportion with their share determined by the Tribunal in the claim petition. The amount payable to the appellant No.3 be kept in Fixed Deposit, initially for a period of one year, to be renewed from time to time, till the appellant No.3 attains majority. (K.B.
