The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Divisional Agricultural Joint Director, Nagpur Division, Nagpur has forwarded the Sports Certificate of the Petitioner for verification to the Deputy Director Sports and Yuth Services, Divisional Sports Complex Indoor Hall, Garkheda, Aurangabad. The Report is not yet being submitted.
