Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

As the grievance raised in the petition is being limited one, the petition is disposed of at admission stage by consent of parties. 3.
The husband of petitioner was an employee in Gram Panchayat at the initial stage of his service and post formation of Nagar Panchayat he was absorbed in Nagar Panchayat from 31/08/2009. The husband of petitioner expired on 23/06/2013.

The grievance of petitioner is that, in spite of various representations no heed is paid to these representations. 5.
Considering the documents placed on record and more particularly the last representation submitted by the petitioner to the District Collector, Collectorate, Beed on 11/05/2016, we permit the petitioner to file a fresh and comprehensive representation to the authorities including respondent No.3 - Collector, Beed and respondent No.5 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed within a period of four weeks from today and if such representation is submitted to these authorities within the stipulated period of four weeks, the authorities concerned to decide the application of petitioner, needless to state on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of the application. 6.
The writ petition is disposed of.
