This petition challenges the judgment and order passed by the learned Presiding Officer, University and College Tribunal, Aurangabad, in Appeal No.02 of 2020, whereby the Tribunal allowed the appeal and set aside termination of respondent No.2 Shaikh Sharfoddin Shaikh Fakroddin.

During pendency of the writ petition the parties have amicably settled the matter and have filed compromise pursis duly signed by the respective parties who are identified by their respective advocates. In terms of the compromise pursis, respondent No.2 is reinstated as Assistant Professor in petitioner No.2 College and

2 901-WP-1955-22.odt respondent No.2 has willingly agreed to waive the back-wages from the date of termination i.e. from 29-11-2019 till the date of his reinstatement i.e. 01-03-2022.

In view of this, the writ petition is disposed off in terms of the compromise pursis placed on record.
