Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the grievances put forward by the petitioner have been accepted by the State and therefore, he has received the instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the Petition. However, the petitioner was asked to deposit amount of Rs.50,000/- by this Court to show the bona fides and accordingly the said amount has been deposited. Learned Advocate for the petitioner, upon instructions, shown willingness to give an amount of Rs.25,000/-

wp-11243.24 to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad, voluntarily.

It is to be noted that after the notice was issued, the State Government appears to have taken the action and the notice came to be issued after the bona fides were shown and the amount was deposited. Under such circumstance, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, subject to amount of Rs.25,000/- to be transferred to the account of the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad, and amount of Rs.25,000/- to be returned to the petitioner.
