Reliance is placed on a common order dated 11.07.2025, permitting the applicants to receive 75% of the amount.

In that view of the matter, on the ground of parity the applicants are entitled to receive 75% of the amount with accrued interest. 4.

The Civil Application is partly allowed permitting the applicants to receive 50% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and 25% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
