By order dated 13.08.2025 this Court directed the Scrutiny Committee to pass final order on the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible as in any case within three weeks from that date.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that earlier admission of the petitioner to the MBBS Course was cancelled for non submission of caste validity certificate. Now the petitioner has received provisional selection letter in Cap-2 round and he is directed to submit validity certificate by 29.09.2025. Petitioner has placed on record validity certificate issued in favour of his father by Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad. Learned advocate for the petitioner further submits that claim of the petitioner is pending for decision since July-2025. 6.

In the backdrop of above peculiar facts, we direct the Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner on or before 27.09.2025 and communicate the same to the petitioner. With these directions, contempt petition is disposed of. 7.

Learned AGP to communicate the decision to the petitioner. 8.
