Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants - claimants in all these applications are seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned therein for filing cross objections. The delay appears to be caused due to late receipt of compensation amount. Though the learned AGP strongly opposed the applications, but considering the statutory right of the applicants, the respective delay periods in all these applications stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay periods if the amounts of compensation are enhanced.
