Learned A.G.P. has placed on record photo copy of the Roznama before the Caste Scrutiny Committee wherein it appears that the decision in respect of claim of the petitioner has been taken on 24.10.2024.

Of course, it is not within the time schedule that was given to the Committee. Therefore, subject to filing affidavit by one of the Committee Members explaining the delay, the Roznama is taken on record.

Learned A.G.P. submits that he would place on record the written apology. Such written apology/affidavit to be filed on or before 22.11.2024.
