The present writ petition is filed assailing order dated 14.10.2021 passed by 4th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Aurangabad below Exhibit-22 in Special Darkhast No.24/2020, thereby rejecting application filed by petitioners/Trust for grant of stay to execution of decree dated 19.03.2020 passed in Special Civil Suit No.256/2013.

The learned Advocates appearing for respective parties submits that decree passed in Special Civil Suit No.256/2013 was subject matter of challenge in Regular Civil Appeal No.107/2021. The learned District Judge pleased to allow Appeal and set aside decree passed in Special Civil Suit No.256/2013 vide his judgment and order dated 21.10.2024.

In light of aforesaid decision, prayers in Writ Petition does not survives. In result, Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
