This application is filed for withdrawal of 25% amount subsequently deposited by the acquiring body. 3.

Reliance is placed on the order dated 18.10.2024 passed in the case of similarly situtated claimants in Civil Application No. 8263/2023 in First Appeal Stamp No. 5845/2020 and connected matters.

Admittedly, the present matter is covered by the said order. Bhagyawant Punde

Hence, the civil application is allowed.

Aplicants are permitted to withdraw 25% amount which has now been deposited by the acquiring body, subject to furnishing regular undertaking(s) to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
