Mr. Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal with the appellate authority against the order of withdrawal of affiliation. Hearing has been concluded on 27.08.2019 but the order is not yet passed. Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 4 and 5 submits that hearing has taken place on 27.08.2019 and the appellate authority would pass order on its won merits. It is submitted that 7th October,2019 is a last date for third round.

Considering the above, the appellate authority shall decide the appeal filed by the petitioners by 30th September, 2019.

We have passed the order on the basis of the

statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the hearing is already concluded.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
