The statement has been improved by alleging that the present applicant is 25 years old and had illicit relationship with the wife of the deceased who was 32 years old. The story is developed subsequently. Having regard to the allegations against the applicant and the material produced against the applicant, the Court is of the view that there are no grounds to keep the applicant behind bar . Hence the order.

ORDER

(i) The bail Application is allowed.

No. 1806-2022.odt (ii) Applicant Mohammad Jafar S/o Abdul Wahid, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No. 128/2021, registered with Police Station Nanded Rural, Nanded District Nanded for the ofences punishable under Sections 302, 120 of the Indian Penal Code on the conditions that he shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
