Taking into consideration the fact that the Joint Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 1-CA-11602-2023 Director of Higher Education, Nanded Division, Nanded has recommended the case of the applicant/college for revised NOC to the Government by letter dated 12.09.2023, the respondents shall expedite the process of granting NOC and complete it by 15th September, 2023. With these directions, civil application is disposed of.
