The petitioner seeks release of vehicle and also assails the order of penalty.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that the petitioner has alternate remedy. 4.

In view of that, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. In that event, all contentions are kept open. No costs.

In case, the petitioner files an appeal, the authority where the proceedings would be filed shall take decision on the application of the petitioner for release of vehicle within a period of one (01) month from the date of its filing.
