This is an application by legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 1 for bringing themselves on record.

It appears that the appellant had not been aware of death of respondent no.1.

3.

In view of the same, it would be appropriate to allow civil application as prayed for, for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 1 on record of the second appeal.

Civil application accordingly stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B) and disposed of.

5.

Appellant, however, will have to carry out necessary amendments in the memo of appeal.
