By way of the present application the applicants pray for amendment to the petition. It is submitted by the learned counsel that subsequent to filing of the petition and issuance of notices the applicants came to know that Zilla Parishad, Beed is proceeding further for absorption of certain teachers. It is the further submission of the counsel that this process would be undertaken by the Zilla Parishad without verification of the roster, as such it may result in causing prejudice to those persons belonging to reserved category. The applicants by way of amendment are bringing on record these

( 2 ) 903 ca 13019.18 facts and the grounds which are the part of the record. Learned counsel then submits that the applicant is not pressing prayer clause 'c' of the present application.

At the outset, learned counsel Mr. Jadhav appearing for the petitioner makes an oral prayer for carrying out correction in the title clause of the application. Learned counsel submits that inadvertently the applicants failed to add all the necessary respondents in the present application who are the respondents in the writ petition and also due to inadvertence the sequence of these respondents is changed in the title clause of the application. The oral request for amendment is allowed. The learned counsel is permitted to carry out the amendment during the course of the day. 4.

Learned A.G.P. appears for respondent nos.1 to 6 as well as for respondent nos. 9 and 10. Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel appears for respondent nos.7 and 8 and prays for time to file appearance on behalf of respondent nos.7 and 8. At the request of the learned counsel two weks time is granted to file power. Application is allowed only in terms of prayer clause 'b'.
