ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking correction in the name of "Suvarna Machhindra Morale" as "Suvarna d/o Machhindra Morale @ Suvarna Datta Darade" and further sought direction to the Nazir Department for paying the compensation at the earliest.

It is significant to note that appeal is already disposed of and this Court has already directed to pay compensation to the present applicants. The application is supported by copy of Adhar Card where the name of "Suvarna Machhindra Morale" is subsequently changed to "Suvarna Datta Darade" after her marriage. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of.
