The appellant/original claimant Sarita is present in person before Lok Adalat and signed settlement deed for herself and on behalf of her minor children. The terms of compromise are placed on record. Hence, the award be modified in terms of the compromise.

The respondent No.1/insurance company shall deposit additional amount of compensation of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rs. Two Lakh Fifty Thousand) with the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Shrirampur, within 60 days from today.

After depositing money, the learned Tribunal shall release the amount as per the Award.

5.
