Learned Advocate for respondent nos.2 to 4 on instructions makes a statement that the respondents are ready to give appointment order to the petitioner subject to decision of S.L.P. preferred by them. He further submits that since the model code of conduct is going on that may cause problem before the respondents while issuing appointment order.

We do not see any impediment in issuing appointment order to the petitioner and code of conduct would not come in the way of the respondents in issuing the appointment order to the petitioner. Appointment order as mentioned above shall be issued to the petitioner within one week from today.

With the above directions, the contempt petition is disposed of.
