In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Subject to the scrutiny as regards the origin of the certificate granted, the respondent No.2 Sub Divisional Officer shall initiate steps and if the petitioner is entitled to, shall issue the Tribe certificate in Central Government format, on or before 31.10.2022.
