This is an application for bringing legal representatives of deceased applicant Sahebrao Mainchand Sable on record, setting aside abatement and condonation of delay of 7110 days caused in filing the present Civil Application.

Learned AGP for respondent/State strongly opposes the application.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. Hence following order:

Amendment be carried out within period of two weeks.

Amendment be carried out in Cross-Objection also.
