Present application has been filed for condonation of delay of 670 days in filing the application for setting aside the order dated 12th December 2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) in Writ Petition Stamp No.25177 of 2022.

It appears that as the matter was under objection, conditional order came to be passed still those objections were not removed and therefore, it was treated after the stipulated period that the registration is refused. Learned Advocate Mr.

ca-11231.24 Deshmukh holding for Mr. Padalkar Advocate now undertakes to remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today. In view of the same delay stands condoned. The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B)" and "C)" and disposed of.
