1) Notice on delay condonation application made returnable on 15th June 2016. Call record and proceeding. 2) Heard learned counsel for the applicants on stay application. Seen the judgment and ward. This Court holds that stay needs to be granted subject to condition of deposit of entire amount of compensation within (8) weeks from today. If the amount is not deposited within the fixed time it is to be presumed that there is no stay granted to the execution. In those terms stay application is allowed and disposed of.
