This is an application for bringing legal representatives of deceased applicant Shantabai Ramu Chaudhary on record, setting aside abatement and condonation of delay of 1210 days caused in filing the present Civil Application.

Learned AGP for respondent/State strongly opposes the application.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. Hence following order:
