DATE : DECEMBER 17, 2021 ORDER :- It is an injury claim. The challenge is on the ground of valid driving licence and quantum as well. It appears that the claimant incurred medical expenditure amounting to Rs.One Lakh. He suffered 70% of physical disability.

In the fitness of thing, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount under the impugned award with interest accrued thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
