It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has submitted the proposal/application with Respondent No.1 - District Collector for grant of license as per the provisions of Rule 24 of Maharashtra Foreign Liquor Rules 1953 on 01st February, 2024. He submits that there is mandate that such proposal/application be decided within a period of three months. Till date the same has not been decided. 2.

Learned G.P. submits that appropriate order be passed. 3.

In view of above and limited prayer sought, we direct Respondent No.1 - District Collect, Beed to decide the proposal/application dated 25th 1 / 2
