01.10.2018 P.C. :- Mr.Deshmukh the learned counsel submits that the retirement arrears are not paid to the petitioner. The learned counsel for respondent No.4 on instructions, makes a statement that the respondent / Municipal Corporation shall make the payment of the retirement benefits to the petitioner within 6 months from today and shall also pay the pension regularly.

The respondent No.4 Municipal Corporation shall pay the arrears of pension within 4 months and shall also regularly pay regular pension.

With this observations the Writ Petition is disposed of.
