After hearing learned counsel for the parties, Court expressed disinclination to consider the prayer of the appellant for bail at this stage. Learned counsel for the appellant, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Appeal with liberty to file fresh application before the learned trial Court. In the event the trial is not concluded within one year from today, it is open to appellant to file fresh application as prayed. The Criminal Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as above.
