The challenge in this petition is to the order of permanently removing the petitioner's name from remission register. The reason for such removal is, the petitioner overstayed on parole many times. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a committee for reconsideration of the decision of removing the petitioner's name from remission register. He submits that if the committee is directed to reconsider the petitioner's case, he would make a representation in this regard.
