PER COURT:

1) The petitioners have presented pursis dated 20th January, 2015 stating therein that the dispute between the parties in respect of conducting the process of election for electing members of managing committee and the vacant post of Board of trustees, is settled and the petitioners have no grievance about the election process and they do not want to prosecute the petition further. The pursis filed by the petitioners are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

2) The petitioners also agree that the results

WP No. 10226/2014 of elections would be acceptable to them.

2) In this view of the matter, the official from the office of Joint Charity Commissioner, who was directed to supervise the process of election, is directed to declare the results forthwith. After declaration of the results of elections, the official of the Charity Commissioner shall return back the relevant record to the Trust.

3) It would not be necessary for the Official of the Charity Commissioner to tender/produce record pertaining to the election process in this court in adherence to the order passed by Division Bench on 18.11.2014.

4) Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
