By this Civil Application, the Applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing Civil Application to bring the legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record. 2.

It is the case of the applicant that the respondent No.1 had expired much prior to the date of filing the reference. Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the original claimants informed the applicant herein on 20th October 2021 that the respondent No.1 has expired on 25th May 2013. 3.

The reasons recorded in the said application are accepted. Civil Application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer Clauses (A) and (B).
