Learned APP submits that the charge sheet has been filed in the meantime and, therefore, the learned Advocate for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the Trial Court for the purpose of bail.

In view of the change in circumstance, that is, filing of charge sheet the applicant is allowed to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the competent Court for bail.
