ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants are claiming that applicant No.1 Lankabai has died on 29th April 2015 leaving behind the present applicant Nos.2 and 3 as the only dependents of deceased Vishnu, who died in the accident. Applicant Nos.2 and 3 have already withdrawn their shares from the compensation amount which has been deposited by the Insurance Company. Now only the share of Lankabai is remained.

The learned Counsel for the Insurance Company submits that Court may pass appropriate order. 3.

In view of the above, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B-1". The amount of compensation
