This application is filed for bringing on record the legal heir of original claimant in the First Appeal filed by the Acquiring Body, deceased namely, Mattu Rayappa Gaikwad, who is died on 7th November 2007. There are delay of 6435 days. Now, the prayer is also made for Ethape

( 2 ) 15-CA-10644-2025 condonation of delay.
