Instant civil application is presented seeking extension of the interim order granted by this Court on 26th July, 2017 in Writ Petition No. 09559 of 2017.

It is informed that the Presiding Officer of the University & College Tribunal at Aurangabad is not available for considering the application for grant of interim relief tendered by the petitioner. 03.
The interim order granted by this Court on 26th July, 2017 is operative till today. In view of absence of the Presiding Officer of the Tribunal, the application seeking interim relief tendered by the petitioner could not be taken up and according to the petitioner, it would take some time for Presiding Officer of the Tribunal to resume the charge and consider the application tendered by the petitioner.

Mr. U.S. Malte, learned Counsel appearing for non-applicant no.02 - University, does not controvert the factual position as pointed out by the applicant.

In the circumstances, the order passed by this Court granting interim relief on 26th July, 2017 shall remain operative for a period of eight weeks from today. The University & College Tribunal
(Order) (3) C.A. No. 11989 of 2017 at Aurangabad is directed to decide the application for grant of interim relief tendered by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within the period as stipulated above.

With the directions, as above, the civil application is disposed of.
