CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 17296 OF 2022 1.

The applicant/appellant - M.I.D.C. is seeking permission to bring legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1/2 - Laxman Naga Darweshi, who admittedly died on 03.03.2020 by condoning the delay of 190 days. There is no objection from other side since the legal representatives of aforesaid Pooja K.

In view of the same, the application allowed in terms of prayer clauses '

A' and 'B'

Applicant to carry out the amendment within stipulated period.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 2206 OF 2023 4.

The applicants/claimants are seeking permission to bring legal heirs of deceased appellant No.1/2 - Laxman Naga Darweshi, who admittedly died on 03.03.2020 by condoning the delay of 153 days.

There is no objection from other side and considering the right to sue the application allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'
