Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Government Pleader states that the appeal has been preferred against the impugned award wherein 15% interest has been awarded.

The petitioners have a grievance that though the award is passed, that amount is not paid. It is really astonishing to hear the arguments that the petitioner indirectly wants the directions from this Court to get the amount recovered. Counsel for the petitioners himself made a statement that against the award, there was no stay. In such circumstances, seeking such relief is nothing but a chance and misleading the Court. The order dated 15.10.2024 is specific. We are not convinced that this matter is to be entertained. Hence, the

927-wp-11493-2024.odt (2) petition is dismissed at this juncture without affecting any rights if arise in future.
