O R D E R

(i) The applications to bring on record the legal heirs of original claimants are hereby allowed by condoning the delay, if any.

(ii) The applicant / appellant to carry out the necessary amendment in the array of respective appeal memos and furnish the copy of amended appeal memos to the learned counsel appearing for the claimants as well as the learned AGP for the State.
