By this civil application, the applicant/petitioner is seeking restoration of writ petition which was dismissed for nonremoval of office objections and also seeks condonation of delay of 188 days in filing the present application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C), subject to applicant/petitioner depositing cost of Rs.2,000/- with this Court within a period of two weeks from today.
